Storage Instructions:

• Room Temperature: Best within 5 days
• Refrigerator: Keeps fresh for 14 days
• Freezer: Lasts up to 30 days

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, ensuring delivery within 1-2 days in the US. You can enjoy the mooncakes right away when they arrive or refrigerate them until your family celebration!

Pickup Location: September 27th, 2025
Alameda County Fairgrounds, 10am-5pm.

If your furry friends have any allergies and need ingredient substitutions, please DM us @cookiespettreat before placing your order. Choose the ‘customize flavor’ option at checkout. Customized mooncakes are made to order and will be shipped within 7-10 days.

Our treats are best for 60-90 days under regular room temperature, avoid direct sunlight and wet environment. If you store them in refrigerator, they will be good for up to 6 months.

Our products are handmade and customized, so please note there is a production period of 5-7 business days after placing your order. If you’ve ordered treats made with duck, turkey, or beef, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Orders received after 5PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 5 business days.

Returns: Returns are not accepted due to the customized nature of our treats. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us—we’ll work to resolve the issue.
