Shipping policy

Production Time:

  • Handmade treats take 5–7 business days to prepare.
  • Orders with duck, turkey, or beef may take 5–10 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping:

  • We ship via USPS (no shipping on U.S. holidays).
  • Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2-5 business days after the order is shipped out. Priority takes 1-3 business days.
  • We use USPS Ground Advantage(2-5 business days) for free shipping option.
  • Tracking info is provided in your order confirmation email. Some times it will go to your junk mail.

Returns & Issues:

  • Returns are not accepted due to the customized nature of our treats.
  • If you’re unsatisfied, contact us—we are more than willing to work to resolve the issue.
